Kaylea is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a registered yoga instructor, blending her experience in collegiate athletics with expertise in mental well-being and performance coaching. Passionate about supporting her community, Kaylea enjoys teaching yoga as a way to help individuals connect with their bodies and calm their minds. She believes that yoga plays a powerful role in improving mental well-being, building resilience, and reducing stress. Through personalized coaching and mindfulness practices, Kaylea helps clients build confidence, establish lasting habits, and enhance their overall health and performance.
